QuinnBet Extends Agreement with Hibernian Football Club
The renewed deal will last for two years, covering the 2023-24 and 2024-25 seasons.
QuinnBet’s brand will be displayed on the front of the first-team jerseys, which the players will wear in all games.
The operator will also continue to benefit from advertising displays on the screens and LED boards at the club’s Easter Road stadium. QuinnBet initially partnered with Hibernian FC in 2022.
“We’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with the QuinnBet team over the past 18 months,” said Murray Milligan, Hibernian FC’s Commercial Director. “It’s fantastic that we’ve been able to extend our partnership for another two years.
“Their dedication to promoting responsible gambling is very important. We look forward to working closely with them to develop strategies to continue this work.”
Neil McPartlan, QuinnBet’s Marketing Manager, added: “We have a great relationship with the club. We are delighted to continue our sponsorship in the club’s 150th anniversary year.
Kindred is deeply committed to social responsibility and appreciates the Hibernian commercial team’s assistance in ensuring that their partnership with the club prioritizes responsible gambling.
Kindred is dedicated to promoting safer gambling practices.
This agreement follows Kindred Group’s recent declaration that they would utilize their jersey sponsorship with Rangers to promote their “Towards Zero” safer gambling campaign.
For the upcoming 2023-24 season, Kindred will replace their 32Red brand with their sister product Unibet’s logo, which will be prominently displayed on the front of the players’ jerseys.
The Unibet brand will feature the “Zero % Mission” slogan. This initiative aims to increase awareness of Kindred’s efforts to cease profiting from harmful gambling activities.
The program will also educate players about the resources available to maintain safe and enjoyable gambling experiences, as well as provide guidance on where to seek assistance if they encounter difficulties.
