A major player in the online sports wagering realm, BetCity, originating from the Netherlands and now under the Entain umbrella, has partnered with Enteractive to re-engage players within the Dutch market.
Enteractive is renowned for developing bespoke strategies that assist companies in the digital betting sphere in maintaining customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business. Their core focus revolves around cultivating robust and lucrative customer connections. BetCity received authorization to operate in the Netherlands back in October 2021, swiftly establishing a significant presence. Recognizing their potential, Entain finalized an acquisition in late 2022. Enteractive’s mandate is to collaborate with BetCity’s current player roster, employing native language representatives to connect and enhance player allegiance.
Robert Kooiman, the head of marketing at BetCity, expresses enthusiasm about the collaboration, viewing it as a distinct advantage in the competitive Dutch landscape. He considers Enteractive’s personalized approach as crucial to fostering stronger relationships with players and positioning BetCity.nl as the preferred platform for ethical gaming. Through the reactivation of dormant players, their objective is to establish enduring partnerships that are mutually beneficial.
Francesca Raniolo, a high-ranking leader at Enteractive, conveyed enthusiasm regarding their collaboration with BetCity, emphasizing its capacity to enhance BetCity’s expansion within the flourishing Netherlands market. Considering the unrealized possibilities of dormant player profiles and the favorable responses they’ve garnered, Enteractive foresees a substantial contribution to BetCity’s earnings from active players.
Enteractive, recognized for its worldwide iGaming assistance with representatives fluent in local languages, reactivates more than 13,000 players each month for a range of operators. This alliance comes after Entain’s latest purchase of BetCity for a considerable €450 million (roughly $543 million), further cementing the agreement’s importance within the iGaming sector.
