Before, B90 worked on two tracks: gaining customers through search engine optimization and paid promotions via subsidiaries like Emwys, Oddsen.nu, and tippen4you.com, and providing online gaming through Bet90.com and Spinbookie.com.
The updated Bet90.com will now concentrate on material related to sports wagering and gambling, presenting platform evaluations, bonus details, and betting suggestions.
The organization will give precedence to its performance marketing, lead acquisition, and affiliate marketing solutions for other companies in the iGaming field. This signifies reducing the operations of Spinbookie.com.
Ronny Breivik, Executive Chairman of B90 Holdings, said that concentrating on B2B and modernizing Bet90.com are essential actions to broaden the company’s footprint while optimizing expenses. This action follows a successful £2 million investment round secured by B90 Holdings in September 2023, emphasizing their dedication to this new strategic path.
Company B90 secured $4 million through a share issuance. These funds will support different areas of their operations, such as promising expansion initiatives, purchasing key resources, and covering operational expenses.
Furthermore, they recently purchased Emwys AB, a Swedish digital marketing firm specializing in the profitable “pay-per-click” approach. This calculated acquisition is poised to significantly enhance B90’s online marketing capabilities.
